If you're in need of a new sweet-tooth obsession, Isle Bun & Coffee is the sugar crack you've been seeking. One trip to the little shop in Uptown and you'll be hooked. The cinnamon buns are as big as your head and come plain, dripping in caramel goodness, or slathered with cream cheese frosting. The coffee at Isles is also good and definitely recommended to wash down the sugar. Warning: Ingesting an entire cinnamon roll can lead to a bad case of the sugar shakes. We recommend starting slowly with the puppy dog tail, a smaller twist that will satisfy without pushing your insulin into overdrive.
