Readers' Choice: Bradstreet Craftshouse

High on the 27th floor of the Foshay tower, Prohibition boasts incredible views of Minneapolis, posh leather couches, and little nooks and crannies perfect for hushed conversations. But this bar isn't just about show; it also serves amazing cocktails. There's the delicate Epiphany Martini, mixed with pear vodka and St-Germain elderflower liqueur and topped with champagne and a flower. Or the Truth or Consequences margarita, an intense combination of chile-infused tequila, Grand Marnier, mashed pineapple, cilantro, agave nectar, and lime juice (it also comes with a Coronita beer back). Behind the Green Door is a mysterious martini that arrives smoking with dry ice. You can get a tasty strawberry-cucumber Caipirinha, or if you want an old-fashioned or classic martini, the bar can pull that off as well. Prohibition serves cocktails as they should be: well balanced, innovative, and tasty.
