But this bar isn't just about show; it also serves amazing cocktails. There's the delicate Epiphany Martini, mixed with pear vodka and St-Germain elderflower liqueur and topped with champagne and a flower. Or the Truth or Consequences margarita, an intense combination of chile-infused tequila, Grand Marnier, mashed pineapple, cilantro, agave nectar, and lime juice (it also comes with a Coronita beer back). Behind the Green Door is a mysterious martini that arrives smoking with dry ice. You can get a tasty strawberry-cucumber Caipirinha, or if you want an old-fashioned or classic martini, the bar can pull that off as well.
