The place usually carries around 48 beers on tap and 50 bottles to boot. We say "usually around" because the Pig switches up its selection on a weekly basis. What really sold us is the cask ale featured each week, whereby a beer is served up sans nitrogen and carbon dioxide (cask-conditioned), which is said to make for a brighter taste with more character than from a keg.
