Let's narrow this category a bit and tweak the name: "Best place to shop for used kids' clothes with toddler in tow and come out a winner." Surely the people at Arc needed a focus group of thrift-store-weary parents to make their kids' clothing section work the way it does. Let's just tick off the successes: clothes neatly organized; price tags in plain sight; girls' tops...wait for it...organized by color; shelves of toys in the infant and toddler sections to distract your children and keep them in sight. Also, and we're not sure what this has to do with anything, lots of kiddie camouflage prints. And the prices? Just about right: reliably and significantly less than the small fortune you'd spend for new threads.
