Kevin Garnett

Readers' Choice: Kevin Garnett

Gotta be Mark Roth. Man he can jack up those threes. Whaddaya mean he's retired? Well then, Gundars Vetra, the Latvian with the quick first step, is a solid pick. Long gone, you say? Okay, we'll go with that kid straight out of high school: Garnett... uh...Kevin Garnett. That's him: freak of nature; more than seven feet tall, with Inspector Gadget arms, incredible range on defense, huge heart, klieg-light personality, a total class act; one of a handful of players ever to average more than twenty points, ten rebounds, and five assists three years in a row in the NBA; best athlete in Minnesota history, Bronco Nagurski included. But we still have a soft spot for Mark Roth.
