As if naming their restaurant after our restaurant section weren't enough, this snappy little reincarnation of the Minneapolis Table of Contents has perpetrated a series of serious offenses against food tradition. Prosciutto on escargots. Mu shu duck wrapped in crepes. Tater tots formed of risotto. And for dessert, small cinnamon doughnuts to dip in hot lemon curd. But of course. And yet somehow they've managed to pull it off! This is the Twin Cities' first Gen Y restaurant, serving Bento boxes loaded with Italian, Japanese, and Indian ingredients for people who grew up on the cultural dissonance of flipping channels between Power Rangers, She-Ra, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and G.I.
