BEST REUBEN - 2000
Whether you're a traditionalist who never deviates from the tried-and-true or the adventurous type who likes to spice things up, Cecil's has the Reuben for you. And we're not talking about that heinous "Reuben Wrap" stuff they're peddling elsewhere these days. We see no reason to stray from the classic Reuben: corned beef, melted Swiss, and kraut, topped with a sour-cream sauce on dark rye. But if you opt for the "Spicy Reuben" (hot pastrami, pepper cheese, and spicy mustard) or the "Russian Reuben" (pastrami, Swiss, kraut, and Thousand Island dressing), you won't hear a peep out of us. The price is $7.59, and at that, it's worth every nickel.
