The fog machines erase the weariness of the day; look out over the crowd and all you see is heart-thumpingly dreamy gay women, glistening from dancing and dressed to the nines. Caveat: We're talking Metro's downstairs dance annex, and only on Saturday nights. During the rest of the week, we suspect, they're frolicking in a secret wood-nymph hideaway. (Either that or they're working, like the rest of us.)
