But if you love the sweet, tender flesh lightly kissed with batter and sautéed in garlic and butter, you have found nirvana. One bite of Rainbow's calamari, and you'll never allow another restaurant's to cross your palate. And while you're there, do yourself a favor and stay for dinner.
