Comments (0) BEST PIEROGI - 1998

You might happen upon a lighter pierogi in your travels, but you'll never find a friendlier one than what's offered at the Ukrainian Center's $6.50 all-you-can-eat Sunday and Friday brunches. Here, in the large but charming gymlike dining hall, you can get your fill of all the potato-filled pierogi you can handle--plus stuffed cabbage and fresh, crunchy borscht; entrées like goulash, beef stroganoff, and sweet-and-sour chicken; and, for dessert, Northeast's favorite sweet bun, kolachke. There's also plenty of coffee, lemonade, and iced tea to wash it all down.
