A great margarita should taste of nothing more than the essence of Mexico. Nothing sickly sweet out of a plastic bottle, or shot out of a bar gun. Absolutely nothing the color blue. Bar Luchador understands. Their signature margarita, the Luchador, is only Altos Reposado tequila, Bauchant (a high-end orange liqueur), fresh lime juice, and a kiss of simple syrup. The very agreeable $7 price will encourage you to try more than one, maybe more than two, in which case you may as well spring for a $30 pitcher. The only variant is a spicy marg, with a whiff of habanero, one of the few derivatives with which we can get down.
