Despite what its name implies, the Grown-Up Club is not about “adulting.” Rather, it helps grown-ass people act like their inner child through a variety of activities from craft sessions with hot glue and glitter to coloring nights at brewpubs. Grown-Up Club’s Capture the Flag evenings are both free and popular, so you can make friends without spending your allowance (or wrecking your concert budget). In warmer months, folks throw on gym shorts and kicks and meet at a park or other public space. From there, they form teams, strategize, and run around in hopes of snagging that elusive team flag while also protecting their own. Games typically end with a walk to a nearby bar for a pint. We are grown-ups, after all.
