The average chef is lucky to achieve greatness at one establishment. Thomas Boemer has risen to the ranks of "best" at two places: Corner Table, a fine-dining powerhouse that masquerades as a humble little neighborhood cafe; and Revival, our town's most true-blue Southern/soul food restaurant, where diners wait up to two hours for a table. But that ain't all. Boemer is also the 2015 national king of all things pork, thanks to his win at the big Cochon 555 competition in Aspen. He's hinted that he's got more up his sleeve, but we hope he doesn't do too much too soon. It might put a dent in his time and his penchant for being an honest-to-goodness nice guy.
