This Northeast club isn't just a place to get cheap drinks and dance until you're a hot, sweaty mess. Lush has become something of a queer arts center, with burlesque, drag, live music, and a piano bar, all under one roof and open to all age groups and demographics. There are Broadway sing-alongs and queer trivia nights and go-go boys to ogle. Drag Queen Bingo revives the retirement-home diversion with fabulous results. The first Sunday of the month, Lush hosts a pajama brunch; every last Sunday of the month, Lush invites the whole family — kids included — for a Disney-themed event. This constant flow of events and happy hours is remarkable, but the best thing about Lush is its only rule: Everybody is welcome.
