Of all the trivia nights out there, none is as ubiquitous as Trivia Mafia. That's because the formula works. The setup is simple: There are three rounds of five questions each, a halftime break, followed by three more rounds (including the lightning round, which requires groups to think fast). There's also a sound round to test those with music knowledge, and an image round. If you really want to go the extra mile, you can pop online beforehand to answer the internet-only question. The questions are diverse, so you never know when your weird pocket of knowledge will be of use, be that naming TV shows from the '80s, board games from the '60s, or just knowing anything about the Periodic Table. On any given night, Trivia Mafia might be happening at several different bars at different times, making it one of the easier events to get to as well.
