No one would dispute that fashion is a form of expression. But Erin Duffey of St. Paul does more than make a statement with her clothes; she photographs them and tells stories about each outfit. Scan Duffey's Instagram and you'll find characters like "Linda," the Subaru-driving German shepherd-lover who pairs an open-front cardigan with skinny jeans and ankle boots. There's also "Adrienne," who prefers an oversized sweater with three-quarter sleeves; slim, black ankle pants; and white Converse All-Stars. Or maybe you'll happen upon "Elaine," the framing studio owner who rocks a chunky sweater, crisp white blouse, cropped jeans, and clog boots. As herself, this senior specialist copywriter for Target wows in everything from turtlenecks to denim button-ups to little black dresses draped just-so over her graceful frame. Duffey's accessorizing is minimal, but who needs accessories with those exquisite cheekbones and impeccable eyebrows? Envious yet?
