When it comes to finding a place to watch a big game, Bunny's is a good bet, as it does a ton of stuff right. First off, its walls are plastered end-to-end in TVs. Flatscreens ring the entire bar and restaurant, and if that gets too crowded just pop over to its attached overflow bar, Sherm's, which perpetually bathes its patrons in a warming blue glow from its massive flatscreens. Patrons never have to ask the bartender to change it to the right game, a too-common annoyance Bunny's will not tolerate. It has every sports package and a knowledgeable staff who knows exactly which game should take center stage. And the wings! Bunny's late-night wing special (boneless or bone-in at 35 cents per wing) is one of the great under-the-radar deals in the metro, complemented nicely by its hot, salty popcorn and a free taco bar every night. Still not convinced? Just ask blue-collar everyman ex-NFL player and coach Mike Tice, who made the St. Louis Park institution his go-to bar while coaching the Vikings.
