Every show at the Cedar Cultural Center is open to all, no matter your age. The West Bank staple not only brings in top-notch local, national, and world music talents, but an inviting nature permeates every aspect of the club. From the friendly volunteers who take your tickets and serve you drinks (the 21-plus crowd can still grab a beer or glass of wine) to those who run the sound and get the band settled in, there's a relaxed, welcoming feeling surrounding the oft-stellar performances and memorable nights in the Cedar's intimate environs. It's a big deal to young music fans to get to see their favorite artists perform live, and all-too-frequently the few clubs that cater to all-ages audiences don't stay open for very long. But the Cedar has made it 25 years, and shows no signs of going anywhere.
