Best Lynx Player

Seimone Augustus

Seimone Augustus led the Minnesota Lynx to the 2011 WNBA championship and won the Finals MVP award in the three-game sweep. The former No. 1 draft pick more than lived up to the hype that has followed her since Sports Illustrated for Women asked, "Is She the Next Michael Jordan?" Augustus was only 14 years old at the time. Averaging 24.7 points a game during last year's title series, Augustus won the prize every great athlete wants at the start of any season: championship gold.
