While the Lynx this year mirrored the playoff drought of their Timberwolves counterparts, Minnesota newcomer Rebekkah Brunson was having the season of her life. Acquired from Sacramento in the dispersal draft, six-year vet Brunson came in second in the league in rebounding (10.3 per game) while tallying a dozen double-doubles (sixth in the WNBA). For the campaign, Brunson would chart career bests in minutes, blocks, assists, and boards. Those marks earned her an All-Star selection pitting WNBA standouts against Team USA. Brunson's stats may take a dip in '11 as the Lynx see the return of injured Candice Wiggins and surely select Connecticut's Maya Moore with their number-one overall selection in April's draft, but the forward looks to be an integral part of what could be the team's most impressive roster in their 12-year history.
