It's almost alarmingly easy to while away a Sunday morning on Campiello's sunny little patio--and we guess that's partly because things are so predictable at this yupscale Italian eatery. Take the orange juice that arrives right after you're seated. No matter what the season, it's fresh-squeezed, more sweet than acidic, and it makes mimosas so smooth and effervescent you're likely to order another. Then there's the basket of pastries set before every brunch patron--always the same lovely collection of flaky little palmiers and almond-scented coffee cake. Entrées ($8.95 to $14.95) are almost alarmingly consistent: The poached eggs with asparagus and hollandaise are always accompanied by the same crimini mushrooms and the same mellow, tender au gratin potatoes. The French toast can be counted upon to offer just a whisper of orange flavor. The New York strip that dominates the steak and eggs never arrives anything other than cooked just right. With so few surprises, not to mention that second--or, heck, even third--mimosa and the sun gamely baking the patio, you might be forgiven for sliding ever so gently into a post-brunch nap. At the Minneapolis location, brunch is served from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; in Eden Prairie it's 11:30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.
