You are looking out for number one, and there is no more glorious experience for sale (legally--get yer head out of the gutter) than sitting down in a jade-and-glass Fabergé egg of a restaurant for some primo vino and fantabulous cuisine. How does this recent sample menu strike you? Appetizer: Ahi Tuna with Peking Duck Blini and Mango. Soup: Rock-Shrimp Chowder with Tangerine-Pecan Butter and Wild-Boar Bacon. Entrée: Grilled Wisconsin Veal Chop on Truffled Spoon Grits with Smoked Onion-Chipotle Demi. Dessert: Espresso Cheesecake Brûlée with Cajeta, Spice Cookies, and Cinnamon Sorbet.
