Presuming you're not more suitable for Alias 8's "I Swear I'll Never Drink Again" omelet, there's no beating the Nicollet Island Inn's ultradeluxe Sunday brunch buffet. Start off with a mimosa, ogle the towers of strawberries, smoked salmon, and exotic cheeses, get a few slices of the carved-to-order roast beef, have a fluffy omelet or a puffy waffle created just for you by a chef standing at the ready, admire the river gurgling past the greenery on the other side of the big windows. It's heavenly--and at about $20 a head, it had better be.
