Folks looking for free things to do won't have a hard time this weekend. In this edition of Freeloader Friday we have three huge art fairs in Minneapolis, a dog-friendly festival in St. Paul, two great free outdoor movie screenings, a block party, two popular dance nights, and a ton of stuff at bars and galleries.
