There's lots of fun parties and festivals happening this weekend that are loaded with plenty of free entertainment. Folks who love sweets will want to head over to Caramelpalooza, a daylong celebration of the stickiest sweet. Uberfest features beer, snacks, and live music in an Oktoberfest-style street party. Other quirky, free happenings include a ping-pong tournament, the Twin Cities Book Fest, the Saint Paul Art Crawl, and an indie craft fair.
