Pilgrims Musa and Sheri in the New World

Lake Harriet Winter Kite Festival

At this event kite enthusiasts will be performing stunts in the sky and showcasing unusual kites. You can bring your own kite or purchase one and learn tips and tricks. There will also be ice fishing, horse-drawn rides, marshmallow roasting, and other fun activities. Right now there is no set time on the event site, but heading over between noon and 1 p.m. is probably a safe bet.
