Parc Boutique moves two doors down and celebrates

Parc Boutique is a Northeast Minneapolis mainstay for original fashions and accessories from local artists. Yet, it turns out they are moving. But don't waste a second worrying about where the boutique is going or how long you will have to wait for it to re-open--owner Thao Bui will be setting up shop just two doors down from their former base on East Hennepin.

And best of all, this Saturday we are all invited to their grand re-opening party to celebrate the new, larger space and the expanded selection of styles.

Parc Boutique is growing, but it's not leaving behind the funky shopping neighborhood they have called home for about three years. A hub for premiere basics, the young owner Bui has established a welcoming shop that focuses on the surrounding Northeast community by hosting and participating in seasonal events like the Red Stag Block Party and last weekend's pumpkin grab.

This Saturday will be no different, featuring a grand re-opening party with complimentary cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, live music by DJ Sticky, and a 20 percent storewide discount.

There will also be a chance for party-goers to receive helpful on-site style tips from Alice Sydow, a local image consultant with a handful of useful suggestions that could turn your entire look around--for the better.

Parc Boutique offers a selection of styles for men and women from labels like BB Dakota, Alternative Apparel, Gypsy 05, and local fashion and jewelry artists.

Stop by the new location at 320 East Hennepin this Saturday night from 5 to 8 p.m. to enjoy the celebration and peruse the expanded collection of digs... in the new digs.
