There's plenty of free parties happening this week, including two Open Street events, a pup-friendly festival, a garage sale at the Electric Fetus, and a two-day birthday party at Mill City. Add in some rock shows, folks concerts, and a wine tasting, and you have a ton of opportunities to make this weekend memorable.
