At this moment, many wallets are bleeding out. Between holiday travels, shopping lists, and other miscellaneous holiday expenses, this season is the harshest on the budget. And then comes New Year's Eve, an event that can often end up costing more than senior prom.

Fortunately, there are still things to do in the Twin Cities this weekend that won't cost you anything beyond what you order from the bar. In this special New Year's Eve edition of Freeloader Friday we have dance parties, rock concerts, and other fun activities that won't break the bank. Need a free ride in order to get to the party? We've got that covered as well.

Come take a look at our list.
