He's one of the most respected working comics today. This morning, Target Center announced that it will be hosting six-time Emmy winner Louis C.K. for an evening this summer.
The show is set to take place Tuesday, August 2 at 8 p.m. Tickets are on sale now at AXS.com and will set you back $25 to $65. There will be no ticket sales at the box office or via phone for this event.
Over the years, Louis C.K. has garnered attention for his forward-thinking, raunchy, and often surprisingly philosophical approach to standup comedy, film, and TV. His FX show, Louie, followed the comedian (playing a character very similar to himself) as he made his way through dating failures, debates with friends, and queries as to how to best raise his daughters. His current show, Horace and Pete, has been well-received, and can be watched at his website, louisck.net.
