This week in free things to do we have a ton of great Halloween parties, some Dia de los Muertos happenings, and some album-release celebrations.

Choose Your Own Adventure Halloween Bar Crawl

(Dangerous Man Brewing Co., 1300 Second St NE, Minneapolis)

Bar crawl features stops at 612 Brew, Northgate, Sociable Cider Werks, and other fun destinations. There will also be a costume contest and other merriment. Feeling tired? Theater gets into sports in a big way in this play by Andrew Hinderaker. The national passion for football is celebrated and examined through the piece, which is presented in four 15-minute "quarters" and features a halftime show.
