This week in free things to do we have two intense sporting events, a party where you pay with kindness, plenty of chances to score complimentary food, and the final week of the Art Shanty Project. Come take a look at our list and plan your weekend.

Art Shanty Projects

After a week off due to warm temps, the Shanties are back (but on more stable ground). Come enjoy the interactive public art and activities for the final week. More info at www.artshantyprojects.org. Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

Ninja Warrior Competition

This amazing free art party invites patrons to "purchase" art through acts of generosity, determined by the artist. This might entail volunteering at an animal shelter or donating time to a local nonprofit. There will also be an open bar, a coffee cart, and after-party on the rooftop. Free valet parking will also be available. 6 p.m. 

Pop-Up Market
