There's lots to do indoors and outdoors this weekend for free. If you're up for braving the cold, pack on some layers and check out Saint Paul Winter Carnival happenings, or stop by Powderhorn Park for some art sled hilarity. Not willing to deal with the windchill? There are plenty of gallery openings, kids' craft activities, live concerts, and more.

Check out our list and plan your weekend.
