Chris Kluwe to Host Show on Pivot TV

Former Vikings punter Chris Kluwe is not shy about sharing his opinions on hot topics, or even starting his own. Pivot TV is looking to capitalize on this, as it announced recently on a press tour that it will be creating a show for Kluwe to host.

The details on the program are sparse as of now, though it sounds like the production will be a great platform for Kluwe's notorious rants. According to the release, the program will be:

An immersive, irreverent and no-holds-barred investigative series led by outspoken former NFL player Chris Kluwe that will take viewers into the space where sports and society intersect. Kluwe will use his David vs. Goliath attitude, along with a team of seasoned and opinionated journalists, to expose the social and political topics that people are talking about today, and will be talking about in the future.

The show will be produced by T Group Productions, the masterminds behind the highly addictive (and possibly staged) Storage Wars.

While Pivot TV appears to have some original programming (Fortitude, Welcome to Fairfax), as of now it looks like it mostly fills its airtime with Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Farscape, Veronica Mars, and assorted critically acclaimed movies.

No title or premiere date has been announced as of yet.
