Saint Paul Winter Carnival: Week Two

The Saint Paul Winter Carnival is now in full swing, with plenty of free things to do this week. Happenings include a pie eating contest, family day at the Landmark Center, the Vulcan Victory Torchlight Parade, fireworks show, and more. Free happenings from last week continue as well, with ice skating, free art shows in the Landmark Center, and daily happenings and things to check out in Rice Park. Through Sunday.

The 10th Anniversary 48-Hour Band Contestival
