If you've been a fan of Conan O'Brien over the past five years, then you know all about Deon Cole. He's been a writer and performer on O'Brien's various late-night shows since 2009, offering his insights on everything from the presidential election to why The Bachelor needs a black suitor. Last year, he hosted his own show on TBS, Deon Cole's Black Box, and has appeared in several TV shows and movies. While many fans may only have recently discovered his talents, Cole has been touring the globe and slaying audiences with his comedy for the past two decades. Unafraid to stir the pot, Cole is one of the best when it comes to mocking racial stereotypes, but he also knows how to bring out the worst in people from time to time. "I was working on this joke a couple of weeks back, and I was trying to think of one thing that black people do well, and one thing white people do well," he says. "I couldn't think of anything, so I tweeted and asked people to give me their ideas. I probably shouldn't have done that; people are crazy." It's been roughly five years since the last time he visited Minnesota, which means if you miss him this time, it could be a while until you get another chance. 18+; 21+ later shows.
