This Saturday, mnartists.org's yearly party in a park will be bigger and better than ever. They've teamed up with Crafty Planet to help host a (not so) mini, outdoor version of their annual No Coast Craft-o-Rama event. Over 50 vendors will be on hand offering a variety of wares ranging from adorable to punk rock. Those familiar with Field Trip know that this event brings whimsy and fun activities, and this year is no different. Art on Foot will offer a self-guided tour through a garden filled with sculptures and recorded readings from local poets such as Heid Erdrich, Wang Ping, and Beverly Cottman. Amy Toscani will invite guests to help her make a giant potholder on an enormous loom. Or help build a giant fort, take a canoe ride, or play lawn games. Natedogs and Hola Arepa food trucks will be on hand to offer sustenance, and live performances throughout the day include juggling, poetry, and live music from the Roe Family Singers.
