This Sunday, Open Streets rages on. At each event, the traveling festival closes down a major road and invites pedestrians and cyclists to enjoy the community. The fourth installment of the summer, however, will be a little different. This will be the first time that the event has taken place in St. Paul. Folks will be able to enjoy a car-free University Avenue, where they can stroll or bike along while taking in musical performances, family-friendly activities, open yoga, art from local Hmong artists, food and drink from businesses, and bike tuneups. For a list of participating locations, visit stpaulopenstreets.org.
