Crystal Pepsi. Tamagotchis. Slap bracelets. Urkel. These are but a few things from the '90s that will (and probably should) be forgotten over time. However, our nostalgic tendencies sometimes keep things like Caboodles and Pogs alive in our brains just a little longer. This Thursday, authors Brian Bellmont and Gael Fashinhbauer Cooper will be at Magers & Quinn to celebrate the publication of The Totally Sweet '90s, a collection of images and stories reflecting on and remembering some of the illest stuff from the decade. Come dressed in your best look from the era, be it a grunge flannel, a baby tee and baggy jeans, or a jean shirt with Looney Tunes characters embroidered on the pockets. The party will feature '90s trivia and food (hopefully no Orbitz soda, though), as well as an appearance by Patrick O'Brien, better known as "Mr. Dewey" from Saved by the Bell.
