Colin Kane may seem a bit harsh, especially when it comes to relationships. "There's nothing better than sex and comedy," he insists. "When I'm with a girl, and we've just had sex, I look at her and I go, 'Get the fuck out!'" But he insists that it works both ways. "Ladies," he says, addressing the audience, "you've had sex with a guy and then wanted him to leave." To which the gals roundly applaud. "This is what guys say when they want you to leave: 'You got everything?'" He reasons that for a single guy it's only natural to talk about sex and relationships, and he credits his audiences for having the smarts to know that it's comedy. Based in New York, he regularly performs at Caroline's and other clubs in the city, but still manages to take his standup to other parts of the country. He's active on Twitter, where he has a sizable following, and he tests out new jokes and makes off-the-cuff observations. The stage, of course, is where he really shines, often straying from his catalog of jokes to interact with audiences who revel in his candid (and sometimes ribald) material. 18+; 21+ later shows.
