More About

The lights will be off for this installment of Social Science, a kid-free event that invites grownups to play in the museum. However, this is not because the electricity is out. Rather, the happening will encourage adults to explore art and activities best experienced in the dark. Guests will be able to wander the halls, navigating their way through exhibits via flashlight (bring your own or borrow one from the museum). Folks can try their hand at making it through the laser maze, and take in some light art and light painting on display for one night only. There will also be a variety of light technology to check out, from reflective gear to LED jewelry. Scared of the dark? There will be cash bars to help people with some tasty liquid courage. 21+.
