Grand Avenue will be even more festive than usual this Saturday when the Grand Meander returns. Folks who stroll along the main St. Paul drag will find wandering carolers, Santa's reindeer, and an arts and crafts fair featuring over 60 artists. Free trolley rides will be available during the day, and various restaurants will be offering soup samples that will warm you up should the weather be chilly.
