For many, taking in holiday lights around town and in neighborhoods is a family tradition. And viewers can feel extra good about taking in the displays at Phalen Park, as all proceeds raised from the event benefit local charities. At this daily holiday happening, folks are invited to take a scenic drive where over 50 lighted, animated sculptures will be sparkling with merriment. So load the kids in the car, pack some hot chocolate, and take in the sights. Funds raised will go to Second Harvest Heartland, Union Gospel Mission, St. Paul Parks Conservancy, and Under Construction, an organization that introduces students to construction trades.
