There's only so much family togetherness and turkey sandwiches a sane person can take. By the Sunday after Thanksgiving, people tend to get twitchy to get out of the house. Thanks to Gastro Non Grata, folks have a perfect way to close out the weekend with some killer brew, fantastic food, and rock 'n' roll. So shake off that tryptophan hangover and show a little gratitude. Rock-star chef Steven Brown, owner of the critically lauded Tilia, and Peter Campbell of Red Wagon Pizza Company will be serving up food. Artisanal Imports' Lanny Hoff will be bringing three varieties of imported beer for attendees to sample. Musical entertainment will be provided by DJ Shannon Blowtorch, Drew Peterson and the Dead Pigeons, Crankshaft, and kick-ass garage rockers L'Assassins. As with all Gastro events, there will be door prizes courtesy of Clancey's Meats, so hang onto your ticket number 'til the end of the night or prepare to weep with regret.
