A tiki bar may seem like an odd place to celebrate Halloween, but Psycho Suzi's Shangri-La cocktail lounge should bring some surreal ambiance to festivities. The Psychotic Halloween Costume Party sounds a little like a New Year's Eve event: Guests will pay a flat fee, which will get them unlimited access to select cocktails, beer, wine, and champagne (apparently sacrificial blood will be on the menu as well, if that's how you roll). There will also be complimentary Pupus to be served all evening long for folks to nosh on. Costumes are encouraged, of course, and guests will be further entertained with live music, slasher movies, and a photo booth to commemorate the evening. Reservations are recommended. 21+.
