Looking for fun at the mall? Teens might enjoy a visit to the Mall of America's Nickelodeon Universe (www.nickelodeonuniverse.com), where $19.99 gets them admission to Blackout 2012. On Friday and Saturday from 5 to 10 p.m. the park gets into the Halloween spirit by dimming the lights of its rides, creating fog effects, and playing with black lighting. There will also be costume contests, DJ music sets, and glow in the dark tattoos.
