It's the time of year when 90-degree days yield to blustery winds and chilly temperatures, when summer clothes suddenly sprout a few more layers. But how do you know which pieces are in this season, and which ones to pair with one another? By going to ENVISION: Artopia, of course. The event brings some of the brightest talents of the Twin Cities fashion, art, and music scenes to the catwalk. This year the pool of designers and boutiques participating is smaller, as they'll be showing off more pieces from their fantastic collections. Amanda Christine, Cliche, Kjurek, Martin Patrick3, Cayteano Legacy Collection, Rewind, and others will present lines on the runway at the lavish Graves 601 Hotel. Skilled coiffeurs from Rocco Altobelli will transform models' hair and makeup throughout the show. DJ Bryan Gerrard will be spinning beats all night long while guests sip on bubbly and nibble on delicious bites from Barbette, Crave, and Forepaugh's. Don't forget to peek at the pop-up jewelry boutique, and check out the silent auction, benefiting Free Arts Minnesota, featuring work from the RAW Visual Artist Gallery.
