Everyone loves watching cat videos on the internet. Everyone. Unfortunately, the majority of us are stuck trying to sneak a peek at these hilarious web gems on our office computers (and phones, and home computers. Because eight hours a day just isn't enough). Fortunately, this Thursday you'll have the opportunity to join other obsessed internet cat lovers when the Walker presents the Internet Cat Film Festival outside under the stars in the Open Field. Surprised cats? They'll be there. Keyboard cat? You know he's gonna be in there. Baby kittens getting stuck in boxes? Believe it. There will also be a People's Choice video champion crowned, as voted on by other crazy cat ladies (and cat dudes). This hour-long festival of feline cuteness has gained major buzz, and will undoubtedly attract a huge crowd. In addition to being the cutest event of the summer, the Internet Cat Video Film Festival will also serve as somewhat of a social experiment. Will people leave the warm glow of their home computers to spend an evening with other humans watching videos from the internet? Will anyone actually overdose on the cuteness that ensues?
