The press release for this event says it all: "Play video games, get drunk, win prizes." Sounds like a good time spent on the couch at home, right? This Sunday, the first Tipsy Pixels event will invite barhoppers to the Triple Rock for a night of booze-fueled video gaming. Seriously competitive folks will want to arrive early to sign up for the bracket-style tournament featuring Mario Kart 64 on the big screen. Or simply sit at the bar and root for your favorite driver, be it Princess Peach, King Koopa, or Yoshi.
