Morphology is a board game in which competitors attempt to prompt team members to say a specific word using three-dimensional game pieces. A little like Pictionary, it often requires players to use a little abstract creativity to get ahead. Fans of the game, which was named TIME Magazine's number two "Toy of the Year" in 2009, will be able to play it on a whole different level this weekend. Local board-game inventor Kate Ryan Reiling has teamed up with McKnight Foundation Fellow Artist Bill Cravis to produce a life-sized version of the popular game. Will it be easier to guess words when the sticks, cubes, and glass balls are the size of your head? Probably not, but it's bound to be a humorous and fun workout for the brain and body at the very least.
